Off-Campus Support
Off-Campus use of ASU computers:
Prior to any equipment being taken off campus, a temporary off-campus loan of equipment form must be completed and approved by the chair or director of the unit. Please notify cfacs@asu.edu that the equipment has been moved to an off-campus site so inventory records can be maintained. A copy of the off-campus loan agreement should also be mailed to computer support.
Off-Campus ASU computer equipment:
Due to liability it is very difficult for the computing support team to assist with equipment that is off-campus. The computing support team will try to provide phone support, but might require that the equipment be brought to GHALL 132 for diagnostics.
